We require full details & your treatment to be paid at time of scheduling your appointment.

*48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of your treatment - failure to do so will result in $0 refund and you will need to book again . You will get a confirmation email at time of booking that you can link to your calendar + a text reminder 48 hours prior to your treatment.

Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your facial, massage and spa package rituals. This will allow you time to settle, unwind, fill your client card + enjoy your inner calmness tea prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, this will result in your treatment being shortened.

We trust that you value your time in spa and ask that you please switch your mobile phones to silent upon entering the building to allow yourself to be fully present and experience wholesome care with us.
